We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Jewelry
Place your items securely back into their original Melinda Maria pouches and boxes to prevent damage during transit back to our studio.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
